FAQ

All Shields and Rewards or Extras earned under the previous EMR program were deleted from your account balance on November 19, 2024. The new EMR program offers ExtraMile customers great in-store promotions, discounts, and the ability to earn points on qualifying in-store purchases towards rewards to redeem for discounts on Chevron- and Texaco-branded fuel at participating locations.

No. There are no physical cards for the programs. Simply enter your Account phone number at the pump or in-store at the register or make your fuel purchase with the App to earn points and redeem rewards. Physical loyalty cards distributed under the previous ExtraMile program will no longer be supported and must be registered for the current program. If you have registered your physical ExtraMile Loyalty Card with your User Account, you must enter your Account phone number on the PIN pad to earn points on qualifying purchases or redeem rewards.

No, Digital Card Punches earned in Club Programs do not expire.

EMR program in-store earn offers may include products that are also part of the Club Program. For these products, members may earn points as well as Digital Card Punches with the same purchase.
